Downloading Job summary

Knowify allows you to to download a summary of Service and Contract Jobs for your records, or to send to clients

Service

For service jobs, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the job and select 'Download Summary'. This will automatically download a summary as a PDF that contains notes, hours, services and materials, any assigned service assets, and the client's signature. This summary can be kept for your records, or sent to the client externally

Contract Jobs

For contract jobs, a full summary including Budget vs Actual, costs, and invoices can be downloaded by going to the reports tab of the job and selecting 'Project Summary'

If you would like a Work Order Instead, these can be generated from the Plan and track section of Contract Jobs and are similar to the information visible in the service summary.
