What do the different dashboard charts mean?

The Knowify dashboard has a variety of different cards that offer reporting on your job data. You can learn more about what information they give here:

• Contract Jobs Overview - This card shows the current number of active contracts and the outstanding balance of all of the contracts that have not been invoiced yet. It also shows the current number of unapproved bids and change orders and their total value. Learn more here.
• Daily Job Status - Shows a map highlighting jobs that have had activity in the current day. For each of them you will see many phases are completed/pending.
• Team Activity - Shows which users are currently checked in and out and allows you to send notifications to users.
• Job Progress Overview - Shows different open projects as well as the amount spent from the budget (calculated as cost vs. budget) and compares the percent to the amount of the contract invoiced to date. The view can also show number of phases and tasks vs. how many were completed. Learn more here.
• Invoices - Shows the total value of all open and overdue invoices as well as the total value of invoices paid in the past 30 days
• Bills - Shows the total value of all open and overdue bills as well as the total value of bills paid in the past 30 days.
• Service Jobs - Shows service jobs that are scheduled for the current day and the next day, as well as older service jobs that have yet to be completed.
• Contract Jobs Flow (Enterprise Plan) - Gives weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on how many bids have been entered, accepted, and rejected in both quantity of jobs and total value.
• Change Orders (Enterprise Plan) - Displays a list of change order pending approval and aging information.
• Subcontractor POs (Enterprise Plan) - Shows a summary of subcontractors with open PO or pending PO.
• Tasks (Enterprise Plan) - Displays a list of pending and recently completed tasks.
• RFIs (Enterprise Plan) - Provides a list pending and recently answered RFIs.
