In your vendors section (for US-based Enterprise accounts) you have the option of uploading default documentation for your subcontractors. Click on the name of the vendor you want to add a document for and either drag and drop or click to browser and upload a file:
You can then select the type of document and the expiration date:
This will be displayed whenever we attempt to add a subcontractor contract to the plan & track section of a job:
And also on the report located at the top of the vendors section:
Warning
If you do not define the type of document you are uploading, it will default to "image" which does not display on the subcontractors report
