Exporting Knowify time for Paychex [Enterprise plan]

Knowify generates a ready-to-import spreadsheet that you can use to import all your timesheets into Paychex.

1. To setup the integration, first contact our support team with your Paychex Customer Id and our team will enable the integration for you.

2. Once the integration is enabled, you have to enter the Paychex Employee Id for each of the employees that will be tracking time. See screenshot below for reference.

3. Once all the relevant employees have their Paychex Employee Id, you are ready to export your timesheets. You will find the button in the Time Reports section. You just need to select the appropriate time frame and Knowify will generate the spreadsheet. The output does not require any additional manipulation and can be uploaded directly into Paychex.

Note

Only approved time entries and reimbursements within the time frame will be included in the export.
