Is the GAF estimating tool accurate?

The GAF estimating tool is based on GAF documentation, supplemented by significant feedback from the GAF CARE team. We believe that the tool can help contractors quickly estimate TPO roofing systems with a reasonable degree of accuracy. However, we strongly encourage you to check the tool against your own internal estimates, particularly on larger jobs or on jobs where unusual situations (e.g., unique roof geometry, non-standard combinations of materials) may be present. You can also verify the accuracy of the estimate by contacting your GAF Territory Manager.
