How to edit a line item on a fixed price contract

Information

This can only be done by users with administrator privileges

If you would like to edit a line item on a fixed price contract, but don't want to switch the contract to draft, you can do this by clicking the gear icon next to the line item:

Clicking the Edit description or price button will allow you to adjust the name or the price of this line item before you invoice:

Once you are done making your edits, click Save Changes

Note

This type of edit can only be performed on line items that have not been invoiced yet
