How to Import a QuickBooks Project into Knowify

If you have an existing project setup in QuickBooks Online, you have the option of importing it into Knowify by clicking the add new in the global search bar at the top of any page in Knowify, then searching for your project name:

While it does not retroactively pull past financials from QuickBooks, it will establish the link between the Knowify job and QuickBooks Project, and will also give you the option of importing the estimate from QuickBooks (if applicable):
