How to share a CompanyCam project timeline with customers

Once a project has been created in CompanyCam through Knowify, CompanyCam galleries are saved as a remote link in the documents section of a Knowify project. To find the link

1. Navigate to the Documents section.
2. Click on CompanyCam Public Profile.

The link to the project timeline can be shared when emailing clients proposals, invoices, and change orders for the corresponding job. This link can be included when preparing the email via Add attachments and selecting the option From project documents, which will display all files available in the documents section.

The link will show in the body of the email sent as follows.
