If you're on a personal plan (Free, Pro, or Max)
Anthropic's default setting allows your conversations to be used to train its models unless you turn that off. The good news is you're in control: you can turn training off anytime under Settings → Privacy, and Incognito mode is never used for training regardless of your settings. You can read Anthropic's own explanation here: https://privacy.claude.ai/en/articles/7996868-is-my-data-used-for-model-training
If you're on a Team or Enterprise plan
If you're using one of Claude's commercial plans (Team or Enterprise), your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models by default — no setting changes required. If you're unsure which plan your organization is on, check with whoever manages your Claude subscription or contact your IT administrator. It's also helpful to know that two separate companies are involved when you use the Knowify AI Connector. The data that flows through the connector into a Claude conversation is governed by your Claude account and its privacy settings. Your underlying Knowify data lives in Knowify and is governed by our own privacy terms — connecting the integration doesn't change how we store or protect your information on our end.
