Knowify has the ability to develop a pipeline of potential jobs, to help with keeping track of leads, up until the point the contract is signed. Once enabled, you will have a section titled Manage Leads located at the top of your contract jobs section. In this view, you'll have the ability to set up lead stages to see where you stand with a customer that requested work:
You can set up your account's custom statuses in the admin section under Admin Section > Customize > CRM View:
Once your stages are set, dragging jobs between the stages will update the tags associated with that job:
In the Manage Leads view, you'll have the ability to:
- Drag and drop to update lead stage
- Mark lead as "won" to make the bid active
- Mark lead as "lost" to make bid rejected
- Add comments to the job
- Assign tasks to the job
