If you have lists of clients and vendors you frequently do business with, or a catalog of products and services, they can be imported into your Knowify account. However, the process differs depending whether your account is connected to QuickBooks or not.
If your account is not connected to QuickBooks:
1. Download our spreadsheet templates:
2. Fill out the spreadsheet templates with your data.
3. Send the spreadsheets to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will import the data for you.
Please do not alter the structure of the spreadsheet by adding or removing columns.
If your account is already connected to QuickBooks:
We highly recommend you import these lists into your QuickBooks account, which will then pull them into Knowify via integration.
Importing a client or vendor list into Knowify when you are connected to QuickBooks should be avoided since it can result in duplicate clients/vendors and sync errors between the two softwares.
