The tasks dictionary is managed in the Tasks section, and it allows you to create tasks commonly used in most of your jobs:
Once you have tasks in the dictionary, you will be able to create tasks in bulk for any existing job:
Being able to create tasks in bulk will streamline some of the setup process for new jobs. It's also a great way to setup checklists.
