To sync credit card expenses from Knowify to your QBO account, first enable the Credit Card Expenses feature in your account under Admin Section > Customize > QuickBooks > Credit Card Expenses:
Once this feature is enabled, you'll have the option to select "paid with credit card" when entering a purchase:
And you will be prompted for which credit card was used (the credit card must be set up in QBO):
Once this is selected you can fill out the rest of the purchase to submit, and it will sync as an expense that can match with your bank feed:
In order for QuickBooks to match the expense with the bank feed, the total value and date range must match in both systems.
