If you are subscribed to Knowify's Enterprise package, you will be able to utilize our advanced subcontractor management feature. This will give you the option of storing internal documents for each subcontractor (such as License, GL, WC, W9, or other documents) and setting an expiration date for each document.
You can add documents for the subcontractor in the Vendors section, by clicking the subcontractor's name and uploading the document in the box below:
Or you can add the document when you add a subcontractor to a job in the Plan&Track section:
You can add multiple documents for each subcontractor and set an expiration date for each:
When you add a subcontractor to a job or when you upload a new subcontractor document, Knowify will indicate if any of the documents have been expired for your reference:
If you have questions about any of these features or would like to upgrade your account, please email support@knowify.com.
At the top of the vendors section, you'll be able to run a subcontractor report:
This will produce a spreadsheet with all subcontractors, list what documents have been uploaded, and indicate whether or not each document has expired:
You can find more information about subcontractor reporting here.
