To schedule an employee, contractor or equipment on a job phase, go to your Job Board in the Scheduling module. To start, click the employee's name on the lefthand side of the screen:
Then select Schedule Full Time on the phase you'd like to schedule the user on to schedule every day of the phase, or select specific days and choose Schedule Only Selected Days. Once done, the user will show as scheduled on the phase as shown below:
