What is an active job?

Knowify's pricing is largely based on the number of active jobs you have in your account, so it's important to understand which jobs qualify as an active job: 

1. Active jobs only consist of contract jobs, service jobs are not included
2. Only jobs listed as active in the Manage Contract Jobs screen will count. This filter can help find how many are active in your account
3. Bidding jobs, jobs out for signature, and leads do not count

You can see your current number of active jobs in the Subscription panel of the Admin section.

Tip

We recommend closing your jobs when you have already invoiced the client. It will help you keep the subscription price down and speed up your account. Also, keep in mind that you can access or re-open closed jobs at any time.
